OUR CLIENT SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM FROM QATAR WILL BE CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS IN LONDON & MANCHESTER IN MAY 2011.

Our client are one of the largest and most diverse Construction Groups in the State Of Qatar. As one off the long established groups who over the past 40 years have continued to deliver some off the most iconic and complex projects in the region. They are predominately engaged on projects as the principal main contractor delivering multi million dollar projects in the commercial, residential, leisure and public sector.

One of their current landmark projects is the phase development of a $450M mixed use project, which will include commercial, retail and leisure elements. They have recently signed JV agreements with two off the worlds largest and most recognised construction groups. Our client are have their own factories, large scale plants and machinery and MEP specialist business units.

As a result of securing further projects we are urgently seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to manage the surveying and contractual issues on an assigned multi million dollar new build project. As the Quantity Surveyor you will be engaging with the client PQS, carrying out monthly CVR and financial reports with a small team of surveyors assisting you in your day to day duties. You will be working alongside the Project Manager and report to the Commercial Manager.

The ideal candidate MUST have current or previous Construction – Building or MEP experience and have worked on projects within the commercial, retail, residential and leisure sectors.

Middle East experience is NOT essential.

You must be Degree Qualified

Have at least 5 years experience within the main contracting field.
