Our client are one of the longest established and most highly regarded Construction Groups in Qatar, with a renowned history in the country for delivering high profile projects in the commercial, residential, mixed use and infrastructure sectors. With a great network off contacts and clients in Qatar, they have recently secured one of the most exciting redevelopment projects in Qatar with the first phase worth in excess of $450M. As the business continues to grow and the value of the projects increase in size they have a need to recruit a Planning Manager to head up the Planning function and make up part of the senior management team. You will be the interface between the Directors and Planning Engineers based on the projects.

Description :

As the Planning Manager you will be managing the Planning and Programming issues on this landmark project, as well as managing and guiding the junior planning engineers across the company. Duties will include involvement at both pre and post tender, working alongside the client and consultants in ratifying the programme as well as ensuring the projects is delivered to time and specification. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and work alongside the surveying, design and project management teams. The projects are predominately high rise mixed use developments, therefore extensive experience within the building / construction sector is a must.
