Description :

They are the client representatives on the projects managing the activities of the principal main contractor as well as assigning external consultants and engineering firms. The offer their client the full array of Project Management, Cost and Design Management services, as well as MEP. As a result of projects being mobilised to site we are seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to be based on site and oversee the activities of the principal main contractor and consultants. You will be chairing progress meetings to ensure the contractors are adhering to programme and budget. As the client representative you will also be updating the client on any risk or delay issues, and have a small team of Project Managers assisting you with your day to day duties.   You MUST have experience of working on the client side for either a PM/CM firm or Real Estate Developer. Current or previous GCC experience is required. The candidate must have worked or be working in Project Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity. You must have at lease 10 years post graduation experience, having moved up the ranks from a Construction Manager to Senior Project Manager.
