Description : 
We are currently seeking to recruit a MEP Contracts Manager to be involved on projects at both pre and post contract stage. You will be responsible for taking the project from the estimating department and managing it through to completion. As the MEP Manager you will be managing a team of engineers ensuring the projects is delivered to time and programme. You will managing a number of live projects and report to the General Manager.

 


Working alongside the principal main contractor on the projects, you will also be liaising with client and consultant teams.

To be considered for the position you must currently be working for a recognised MEP Contractor, Middle East experience is preferred but not essential. You must have a degree within the quantity surveying field and be comfortable with high levels of commercial and construction responsibility. You must have indepth knowledge of the mechanical and electrical contractors, suppliers, rates and services within the main contracting sectors
