Description :

You will be responsible for taking the project from the estimating department and managing it through to completion. As the Commercial Manager you will be managing a team of surveyors and ensuring the projects are delivered to time and programme. You will be managing a number of live projects and report to the General Manager.You will also be involved in issues relating to claims and risk management on the projects, working alongside the construction and engineering teams.
